Jason Shen

Jason Shen is a serial founder and executive coach to outliers & unreasonable humans. As CEO of Refactor Labs, he advises founders and teams through 0-to-1 transitions.

His last startup Midgame—AI tools for gamers—emerged from a hard pivot and was acquired by Meta. He previously cofounded Ridejoy, a Y Combinator backed ridesharing platform. Jason has a BS & MS from Stanford where he won an NCAA national championship in men's gymnastics.
